Bloxorz
It’s been a while since I last posted to my category of enjoyable flash games. Wait no longer. Here’s Bloxorz.
Bloxorz is a turn-based puzzle game. Your job is to move a 2 x 1 x 1 cuboid through 33 increasingly difficult levels that are stuffed with the usual things like triggers, bridges, and fragile floors.
Winterbells
The days are getting shorter and leafs fall off the trees. Winter's coming.
Time to lean back, enjoy a cup of hot chocolate and relax by playing a nice and peaceful game. Winterbells is perfect for that.
Happy holidays!
Sling - Fun with green gum
Sling is a addicting flash game. Your job is to steer a small green ball of glue through fifty increasingly difficult levels.
Your little gumball sticks to knobs that are distributed around the course and most of them have to be visited to complete a level.
Moving short distances is as easy as dragging your gumball from one knob to another.
Longer distances, however, must be traveled by stretching and slinging your sludgy gumball around. It may take the direct path or bounce of from the ceiling to hit the next knob indirectly. On some levels gizmos like cannons can be used as well.
But getting direction and force right for a sling is tricky, as your green buddy will stick to every knob it touches – may it be on the fly or while preparing the slinging.
The first few levels are about learning the interface and mastering slinging techniques. It gets tougher later on when knobs alternate between normal and biting, dangerous gaps and walls must be avoided, and bloodthirsty monsters appear. It's easy to learn and challenging to play.
Go ahead and play Sling.
Tontie
Tontie is a quite simple game. It's played on a 3x3 grid and from time to time teletubbie-like critters appear. Your job is to hit them with a hammer by pressing the according key on your numeric pad.
Every new level is getting a bit more difficult. Some critters have to be hit multiple times and some must not be touched.
Those Eye-Monsters shown in the screenshot are especially confusing as you have to press their number and not the key matching their position.
You can collect coins and buy new and more powerful hammers etc. It's really a fun game.
It isn't much fun on a notebook keyboard, though.
